AI digital employee · Mac app

One person, one AI digital employee —
a whole online promotion team.

Duiyou is an app that sits on your Mac. It helps someone who has never run social media get the job done: what to post this week, when to post it, who it is for — worked out step by step with them — and then the copy is written per platform. They approve it and post it themselves.

Three ways people ruin a dripper

For existing customers, selling nothing. They are scrolling at that hour; a hard pitch just annoys them.

For new customers, hook in the first second. Lunchtime, because this format has to be worth watching.

The dripper launching Friday — what it fixes

Warm-up before a launch, one day early: shares and saves need room to build.

Three images on keeping a dripper alive

Not built to blow up today — it is an entry point for search that still works in six months.

None of this is “post when there is time”. Every line can answer why that time, for which people, to do what.

Plenty of software writes copy. Very few can take you by the hand.

Anyone can produce paragraphs. The hard part is nobody taught you: which claim to lead with this month, whether to post Thursday night or Monday morning, whether this one is for existing customers or people who have never bought. Without that experience, beautiful copy still goes nowhere.

What you lack is experience, not words

Most teams can write. They cannot tell what to push this week, which platform to push it on, or who should see it. That step before writing is the one you cannot buy.

Timing beats prose

The same sentence, posted when nobody is scrolling, to people who do not need it, is a sentence nobody read. Timing, order and warm-up can be worked out.

Wrong position, better copy goes further off

Sell the benefit to a new customer, the routine to an existing one. Same product, different tone, different claim, different call to action. Position comes first.

It settles four things with you before it writes.

It does not dump a folder of drafts on you. It asks until these four are clear; if they are not, it does not hand over copy. For someone who has never done this, that step is where the experience comes from.

One — what to push

Which claim leads this month, and whether to spread wide or tighten onto one. It follows your sales rhythm, not today's mood.

E.g. this batch only lands in late September, so do not push it in September — clear last month's stock first.

Two — when to post

Platform activity plus your own sales cycle: warm-up before a launch, build-up before a promotion, nurture in the quiet season.

E.g. TikTok at Wednesday lunch, Instagram Thursday evening, email Friday morning — three times, three different states of mind.

Three — why that time

Every slot needs a reason: days to launch, when stock arrives, when your buyer sets budget. If the reason is missing, the slot moves.

E.g. nine days to launch, so warm-up starts Thursday. Move it to next Monday and you are down to five — no time to build.

Four — who it is for

New customers want the benefit, existing ones want the routine, peers want the craft. Same content, different audience, different writing.

E.g. the same dripper: “no bitterness” to a new buyer, “how to keep it clean” to an old one. If you cannot say who it is for, do not write it yet.

The four settled, then it writes: hooks, body variants, hashtags, in the shape each platform expects. That part is far faster than doing it by hand — but it serves the four above, not the other way round.

The same thing needs a different approach on every platform.

Not one draft pasted everywhere. Active hours, patience, and what counts as useful are all different.

Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn X YouTube Pinterest Threads Your own store

Short video

TikTok and YouTube lead with a hook: stop someone in three seconds. The goal is being remembered, not an immediate order, so one post carries one idea.

Visual and everyday

Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Threads carry value through picture and situation — good for interest and for showing use. One claim has to be split across several posts.

Professional and considered

LinkedIn and X argue, compare, take a position — good for B2B and for standing. The same content changes tone and changes its evidence here.

One launch, three different pieces: a three-second unboxing on TikTok with the hook in the first second; five detail shots on Instagram talking about how it feels in the hand; a post on LinkedIn about why this material costs more. The same sentences moved around are wasted work.

What it does not do: it does not connect to your accounts or publish for you. Automated posting through third-party tools is exactly what platforms restrict, so you get the copy and the reasoning, and your team posts from the official app.

Swap the person on the job. Nothing collapses.

The experience of running promotion should not live in one employee's head. Duiyou keeps it: what worked last month, which hour nobody was looking, which words your brand can and cannot use, what customers keep asking. People leave. This stays.

The experience accumulates

The longer you use it, the better it knows which pieces actually brought enquiries, which time slots were wasted, and what this kind of buyer hesitates over. None of it walks out with a resignation.

Changing staff is not starting over

Voice profile, past schedules, the reasoning behind every piece — all still there. A new person continues the work instead of relearning your product and your tone from zero.

The person assists, they do not cram

It lays out what needs doing; the person reviews, edits, publishes. You learn the job by doing it — cheaper than hiring an expert, steadier than loading it all onto one loyal employee.

From download to your first week, in four steps.

  1. 01

    Download and install

A 155 MB Mac package. Unzip it and drag Duiyou into Applications. Apple silicon (M1 and later) for now.

  2. 02

Connect your brand and past work

Point it at your site and upload the posts and pages you are proud of. It learns your claims and your phrasing from those.

  3. 03

    Set this month's goal

What result do you want — warm-up for a launch, clear stock, more enquiries? How often, on which days? Without a goal there is no cadence.

  4. 04

Review, then post from the official app

Check the four things first, then the writing. Format and paste into whatever scheduler you already use.

Built for teams with nobody to run promotion.

Not for companies with a marketing department — for the ones where the owner posts and two colleagues forward it.

Online stores and DTC

Hundreds of SKUs, several markets, one person. Which batch to push, when, and on which platform stops being a weekly guess.

B2B and manufacturing

A complex product, few buyers, high value. The content has to show craft; the cadence follows trade shows and enquiry cycles, not daily posting.

Agencies and resellers

A separate voice and a separate rhythm per client, no bleed between them. Reasoning and drafts are logged, so “why was it posted then” has an answer.

What it will not do.

Overselling an AI is the fastest way to lose trust. Here is the boundary, written down before you ask.

It will not decide for you

It offers suggestions and drafts; what goes out and what changes is still your call. The tool sits in your hands, and so does the judgement.

It will not publish for you

Platforms restrict automated posting through third-party tools, and accounts get limited or suspended for it. Your team posts from the official app.

It will not invent proof

No invented reviews, no made-up customer logos, no fabricated statistics. If the material is not in what you uploaded, it will not appear in the draft.

It will not train on your content

Your voice profile is built only from your uploads. Your content is never used to train shared models, and you can delete a workspace any time.

Questions, answered.

What is Duiyou?

Duiyou is a Mac app. It helps someone who has never run social media get the work done: it works out what to post this week, when to post it and who it is for, then writes the copy per platform. A person approves it and posts it from the official app.

Will it run on my computer?

Right now it is a Mac build for Apple silicon (M1 and later), 155 MB, unzip and drag the app into Applications. Older Intel Macs cannot run it yet, and the Windows version is in closed beta — we will announce the date.

Does it post for me?

No. Platforms restrict automated posting through third-party tools and accounts get limited or suspended for it, so Duiyou never touches your accounts. It hands you copy you can paste, and your team posts from the official app after approving it.

Does it cost anything?

It is free to use right now — install it and try. If that changes, we will say so on this page first.

Do I get copy, or an actual plan?

Both, in that order. It settles four things with you first — what to push this month, when to post, why that time, and who it is for — and only then writes hooks, body copy and variants.

How is the posting time decided?

From two things: when people are actually active on that platform, and your own sales rhythm — warm-up before a launch, build-up before a promotion, quiet-season nurturing. Every slot has a reason; if there is no reason, it moves.

Which platforms does it cover?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads, plus your own store: product pages, collection copy and ad variants. If you post somewhere else, say so in the brief and we will confirm before you rely on it.

How is our brand voice and data protected?

Your voice profile is built only from the material you upload. Your content is never used to train shared models, access is scoped per workspace, and you can delete a workspace and its assets at any time.
